WEATHER ASTROLOGY SHOWS THE PLANENTARY EVIDENCE AS EGYPTION STORM ULEASHED A PLAGUE OF SCORPIONS
The storm hit the city on Friday, first came the lightning that strobe lit the sky, and then the ground shaking thunder followed by torrential rain…and then the Scorpions.
Thousands of the yellow tailed ‘death stalker’ Scorpions were swept from their burrows, bursting into homes through the cracks in the walls. The heavy rain and flooding in the southern Nile region have people dead and more than 500 others hospitalised from scorpion stings, state-run media reported
The storm’s thunder and hail terrified residents not accustomed to such extreme weather as Aswan is a desert city. The fury of the storm peaked around 9 for 9:30pm.
The storm, according to Mr Abdel Ghaffar, caused power outages when electricity pylons were knocked down. Scores of trees were also uprooted by the storm, which brought work to a halt at local water treatment plants.

How can Astrology show or warn people of such horrific weather disasters? Weather astrology certainly can pre warn us of impending storms. In this article I will endeavour to show the signatures that are clearly visible to the educated eye.
Here is the Libra Ingress Chart for Aswan
The most important house to look at is the 4th house which is the foundation of the chart, the earthy place, for weather we want to literally see what is happening at ground level.
There is hot, dry Leo on the cusp. Well Aswan is a city in a desert so this shows that this Autumn Equinox that we can expect a hot and dry season, but with other testimony Leo can bring about violent electrical storms. .
The IC or 4th house is ruled by the Sun bringing calm, dry weather, but is known for its ability to produce lightning. The Sun in this ingress chart is in windy cool refreshing Libra, but it is applying to conjunct Mars a turbulent planet of extremes. Mars is responsible for storms, wind, and turbulence.
Mars in his detriment is also applying to trine Stormy retrograde Saturn in violent electrical, at time blizzard forming, with fury Aquarius. These two extreme planets seem to be waiting for an excuse to act out.
Angles are important when weighting the score for weather, there is 50% chance of hot dry weather. Then we look at the Ascendant which scores 25% in a weather chart, here we have Gemini rising bringing wind and fluctuations. What is very interesting is the ruler Mercury separating from a partile square of Pluto, Mercury is a windy planet, and is in the very windy sign of Libra.
Mercury will retrograde stationing close top Pluto and will reconnect with Pluto later in November, this is a warning of some destructive windy weather.
If Pluto is involved in any weather pattern, it is going to bring about cloudbursts and destruction. Pluto is in the violent destructive as well as unseasonal sign of Capricorn.
There is more as we see that Jupiter who is not great being retrograde, is opposing the IC, this is a harsh aspect and can certainly bring trouble. Jupiter normally brings lovely outdoors weather. Jupiter being retrograde and in Aquarius when in a bad way can cause blizzards, furious storm with lots of electricity.
Looking at the Ingress chart we can predict hot and dry weather but when the harsh aspect mentioned above are triggered I would caution the people to be aware of any violent stormy weather.
This alone cannot tell us enough, we need to see when this stormy signature could trigger so I will delineate the Moon quarters which can show us even more weather patterns, as we know this happened on the 12th of November I have looked at the 1st quarter Moon in November starting on the 11th
Let’s see if we can see some more weather testimony for this Scorpion Plague which happened in the actual week of the November 1st quarter Moon. The chart is on the next page.
First look at the IC and we see the Moon actually rules the Cancer IC, Cancer is known for bringing lots of rain, in some cases violent downpours. Its ruler the Moon is in violent electrical storm Aquarius and applying to conjunct Jupiter shortly, a pleasant planet normally but in stormy, blizzard violent Aquarius, Jupiter could not be as pleasant as we wish. He is after all the ruler of thunder and earthquakes.
We need to look at the other angles to see what is there and we see opposing the IC is Venus who brings glorious rain, but in Capricorn, the sign that can bring about destructive floods, this shows us a red flag.
In the 7th house I am noting the separating Mars Mercury conjunction. With the faster moving planets the intensity of their action is felt a day before and a day after. Sextile is an easy aspect but sometime an easy aspect say it can easily happen.
Mercury and turbulent Mars in Scorpio know to bring about violent tornado type of weather with huge downpours is a worrying aspect, it is angular so worth taking note of especially with the connection to Venus who is opposite the IC. These combinations bring wind and rain.
With weather we can look at what the combination of plants will bring, Mercury and Mars will bring north westerly winds and they can be destructive in warmer weather. The IC shows that this is a hot autumn season. Add Venus to this and we get rain.
Mercury and Venus will bring breezy rainy weather, Mars and Venus in the rainy signs they are place will bring about rain, this hot dry desert city may be excited to hear rain is on the horizon. But torrential rain on a dry land can bring about problems.
Once we have the 1st quarter Moon chart we can print out a dynamic report which can give us a better timeline for weather events.
I took a picture of the section of the dynamic report that is of interest below. Through research and watching the event on Facebook posted by the people actually on the ground I got a time line, 9 for 9 30pm on the 12th of November

Wow! Take a look at the activity seen as the Moon works through a series of aspect and parallels to the planet mentioned in the 1st quarter Moon report. On the 12th from 4 pm with the first bit of lightning was seen as the Moon connected with Uranus the planet known for record breaking electrical lightening activity.
At 18:38 we can see the beginnings of rain as the Moon enters cold and wet rainy Pisces trining the IC ruled by Cancer. Cancer in weather is known for copious downpours. This is a high scoring signature for rain. It began to rain quiet heavily around this time.
At the same time there is a parallel aspect to Jupiter in Aquarius, more testimony for the sheets of lightning and thunder storms.
Then from 9 to 9: 30pm we can see Moon connecting with turbulent Mars and very windy Mercury, a little later there is a sextile to rainy Venus in violent destructive Capricorn.
A violent wind erupted at midnight as Mars and Mercury Paralleled each other destroying buildings and uprooting trees. Both planets are in Scorpio when violent brings violent wind and downpours.
I have a very precious book on Fixed Stars written by Vivian Robson; he was fascinated by the works of the likes of Ptolemy and Lilly and has a whole chapter dedicated to Fixed Stars in Astro-Meteorology. This extra information could be great for weather prediction.
When the Moon reached 6 degrees of Pisces it was within orb of Denib Adige, this star is said in the ancient days to bring bites from mad dogs. Sirius was setting on the IC at 21:30 and this star also gives a warning of danger of dog bite. Looking at the other Fixed star Paran Diadem which is about self sacrifice, this was aligned with the ASC and Pluto, also at 9 30pm.
Parallel and contraparallel are aspect the planets make to each other measured from the equator, if both planets are in the same degree of declination on the same side of the equator, i.e. either North or both South they act just like a conjunction. A contraparallel takes place between 2 planets with the same degree of declination on different sides of the equator, one North and the other South. The orb is 1 degree.
Below is the declination chart showing the movement of the planets above and below the horizon, where the cross over each other we get a parallel aspect, the glyph looks like this //, with a line through that is a contraparallel and acts like an opposition. These aspects are also recorded in the above dynamic report.
What is visible on this chart is the clumping of planets all parallel to each other being activated by the Moon. This is all happening on the evening of the 12th at around 9 for 9 30pm. Clumping is another weather signature not to be ignored, it shows unsettling energy.
One final thing we can do to see just how bad things could get is to look at the actual event chart of the day, a great idea to print a chart for the time lines seen on the report and declination chart to back up your weather report.
I have timed the chart according to a video a person in Aswan posted onto Facebook, the actual heavy rains began on the 12th. Apparently it was pouring with torrential rains and hail, more than Egypt has had for decades. It was reported that electrical thunderstorms literally shook the houses that were flooded sending people to find refuge on higher land. At the time of the Video the river was in full flood.
I looked at the planets and their position on the day to see if any were being influenced by the fixed stars. Planets with Martial stars are known to cause thunder storms. Venus is conjunct Khambalia of the nature of Mercury and Mars, very symbolic as they are involved in this storm, the nature of this star is of swift violent change.
Where are the Scorpions? Neptune is known for brining freak weather, unusual rain and objects. Neptune is not angular in this chart, but was on the MC 2 hours earlier as the rains were torrential. Neptune at 9:30 was in a partile trine to the Sun in the IC and Neptune being Retrograde will be more aggressive than normal.
I am interested in the Sun as the very first Libra ingress chart has the Sun as ruler of the IC.
Both windy and turbulent Mars are in the IC where the ruler of the IC Venus is applying to a sextile aspect. Libra is very cool and windy; Rainy Venus in Capricorn is a certain signature for a violent destructive flood.
Once was all over, the Scorpions returned to where they came from. Over 500 people were treated at hospital with anti venom. It is not known how many people died.
